The World as it Is
Have you ever
wondered why human society is so messed up?
Have you ever asked yourself, why, of all the creatures on earth does
one, humanity, strive so mightily and completely towards chaos, destruction,
unhappiness, and oblivion? Is there a flaw in our design? Are we insane as a race? Is there an answer to this problem?
The answer
may lie in the Book of Genesis. This
book has been discredited by both secular atheists and religious
fundamentalists, both for very different reasons and different motivations,
which is unfortunate (and designed that way, I would argue) since it provides a
fantastic insight into the central issue which is at the root of all human
problems. Genesis describes this central issue as the human desire “ to be
gods, knowing good and evil.” Traditional theology sees this as humanity’s
original sin, and so it is. However, it
is not sin as we have come to understand it, as a personal bank account of
faults and failures which God deliberately keeps track of in order to punish
rebellious human beings, which can only be withdrawn by believing a strict
religious creed.. It is the reality that
some human beings, particularly those given the titles and position in human
society have designed, through the manipulation of thoughts, emotions, access
to scarce resources, and the beliefs and religious practices of large groups of
people, to create a world system
designed to directly benefit the powerful at the expense of the many. This is what the bible calls “the world” this
imaginary system of human society which is always breaking down, blowing up,
and causes such misery and unhappiness.
And this is the “world” that Jesus came to destroy, and replace with the
Kingdom of God.
This teaching
is expressed beautifully in Dostoyevsky’s Grand Inquisitor:
“for the
first time it has become possible to think of the happiness of men. Man was
created a rebel; and how can rebels be happy?”
For the
Inquisitor, Genesis’ statement about the human desire to be gods is rooted in
humanity’s rebellious nature, which he claims was the way they were “created.”
In other words, the Inquisitor is laying the blame for humanity’s rebellion,
its desire to be like god at the feet of God.
And since God designed humans so poorly, they can never be existentially
happy; they will always fail and be miserable.
The Inquisitor is ready to fix the flaw in humanity’s design. He
concludes that human beings can only be happy if they are kept in a state of
childlike obedience to a powerful central authority, who takes on the
responsibility of wrestling mightily with the existential problem of human
freedom and rebellion. Going back to the
Grand Inquisitor:
“Oh, we shall
persuade them that they will only become free when they renounce their freedom
to us and submit to us. And shall we be right or shall we be lying? They will
be convinced that we are right, for they will remember the horrors of slavery
and confusion to which Thy freedom brought them. Freedom, free thought, and
science will lead them into such straits and will bring them face to face with
such marvels and insoluble mysteries, that some of them, the fierce and
rebellious, will destroy themselves, others, rebellious but weak, will destroy
one another, while the rest, weak and unhappy, will crawl fawning to our feet
and whine to us: “Yes, you were right, you alone possess His mystery, and we
come back to you, save us from ourselves!”
While the
Inquisitor is blaming God, his statements reveal who is truly to blame: a
secret cabal of leaders, like himself, who believe themselves to be gods, who
know best what is good and evil and as such have the right to rule in order to
ensure the happiness of the human race.
This is the
reason for human misery. This is the
reason for the chaos and unhappiness which plagues our world. It is this secret cabal of self-appointed
gods, who seek to deceive, to control, and to create a mystical world of illusion
which will bind humanity to their service, supposedly for “our won good.” And
it is this world system that Jesus destroyed.
It is time to claim that victory now.

2012 The Road to Freedom
I believe that 2012 is offering all of us a chance at freedom.
What do I mean by freedom?
I can only answer it
from my perspective, and my understanding.
For me, freedom means having the opportunity to take charge and control
of the direction of your life, and being offered the means and opportunity to
head in the direction which will offer you the best chance of achieving long
term success and happiness. As it says
so well in the Declaration of Independence: “ All men are created equal and endowed by their Creator with
the inalienable right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” Freedom means every person is recognized as having these
rights, and the conditions of human society are such that they are given opportunities to achieve them. I don't know about you, but this is the world I want to live in. This world is getting ready to rise form the ashes of the collapsing world system we inhabit right now.
Currently, Statist and Economic planners are trying to limit the freedom
of individuals to determine the direction of their lives through the mechanisms
of economic and government control, through fear, endless war, and surveillance.
While many people are rightly outraged by this, and worry about the creation of
a Orwellian super-state, it will not come to pass. Without going into too much detail, quantum uncertainty
makes it impossible for any long term planning success because there are too many
variables to deal with, and most remain hidden from the eyes of the planners. Also, quantum
uncertainty also makes it certain that the larger and more complex something becomes, the more
likely it is to break down, causing a chain reaction of failures. So while the planners may achieve short term
success, over time their success will quickly transform into widespread
failure, which will be compounded by their arrogance and hubris, causing
overreach. This is what is happening to
the once vaunted American Empire, and the Divine Comedy that is the Euro
Zone. This of course means economic and
social collapse, which most people fear, however we need not fear this, for
this is an opportunity. As the powerful
and the greedy continue to try and save their doomed system, and as they invest
more and more “debt” into their military and economic killing machine, they
will quickly bring their system to the point of no return. When they do, the garage sale will begin,
adding even more uncertainty to the system.
Soldiers will be called home and laid off, with no job prospects. Unemployment insurance will be stretched to
the max. Local governments will have to
cut back on basic services, education, police, fire, and homeland
security. Surveillance budgets will be
slashed, leading to longer lines in airports, and TSA layoffs. Businesses dependent on government money for
military and security contracts will downsize, or go out of business
completely. No one can say for sure what
will happen when unemployed police, soldiers, and other security specialists are
faced with the prospect of perpetual unemployment. I would guess it will mean armed insurgency,
sabotage, and the creation of a thriving black market. The planners will find themselves
increasingly surrounded and cut off, and many will flee the country. As unrest deepens, people will start to lose
it. It will appear that everyone has
gone insane overnight, however it will pass.
And when it does, something new and wonderful will replace it.
This is not the end of the world, it is the beginning. For those who understand the principles of
life and success, for those who remain centered on divine principles and the
principles and laws of mother earth, they will be offered a chance to start their
life anew, to be reborn into a life of power, achievement, overcoming, and
freedom. Rejoice because God is making
all things new.

NLP, Mind Control, and The Arrogance and Downfall of the Post-Modern World
The internet is full of thousands of so-called gurus peddling courses
designed to teach people how to use hypnosis, NLP, and other
mind-control techniques for personal gain. And while these techniques
certainly can be effective on those who are unaware of their power, the
real harm is actually being done to the person who uses them.
The universe operates according to fixed laws. One of these laws is that
true success, and true happiness can only come when we cease making
selfish demands of life. It is true that a person can achieve high
levels of material success while being selfish, and yes it is also true
that psychological mind control can be quite effective for achieving
material success as well. However, another fixed law of the universe is
cause and effect. If you deliberately seek to control the minds of
others to fulfill your selfish desires, there will be an eventual day of
reckoning, as the negative intentions you are radiating into the
universe attract negative right back to you. You will effect in your
life the selfishness and deceit you cause towards others. It may not
happen right away but rest assured it will happen.
Mind control, NLP, and hypnosis are new terms for what people used to call black magic. They are disguised as psychological methods, and are given the authority of being scientific, but they are basically the same, and their goal is the same as the ancient techniques of black magicians. They should be avoided at all costs. They all operate on the negative pole, and any perceived good they bring is very quickly replaced by even deeper and more perplexing problems. No good can come from using these techniques.
True success only comes when we align ourselves with the law of love. Love represents the positive pole of life, and by aligning or cooperating with this law, we radiate and bring to ourselves all the good the universe has to offer. But in order to cooperate with the law of love, we must train our minds to think of only the highest life has to offer, and to reject and deny the negative, selfish, and sensual desires of out hearts. Until we do, we may achieve great material success, but our lives will never be truly successful, and truly happy. For example, no one can deny that Charlie Sheen is a talented actor who has achieved great material and career success. However, no one can also deny that the life he is leading will eventually destroy him if it continues in the direction it is heading. Another example of this truth is the fact that the so-called budget problems we are experiencing in this country could be quickly resolved if we ceased spending over 1 trillion dollars a year on fighting wars in Asia and the Middle East, which are designed to enrich the few at the expense of the many. The uprisings in the Middle East, and the brewing worker unrest in America and Europe, are all signs that the selfish materialism that characterizes our age is creating the seeds of its own destruction.
It is impossible to overstate this fact: unless we align with the law of love, the universe will continue to send negative lessons of increasing severity until we either change or are broken completely. Charlie Sheen likes to imagine he is different, that what has happened to others will not happen to him. Mind control gurus believe that they are protected from the consequences of their dark art because it is not illegal, although it should be. And corporations and governments believe they can bully and deceive the people into accepting things that are not in their best interests. There is an ancient saying that states that whom the gods wish to destroy, they first make blind. Perhaps we can all take this saying to heart before it is too late?

Soaring Like an Eagle
Would you believe me if I told you that within you lies everything you could ever need to survive, to thrive, to prosper, and to fulfill your potential as a human being? Does it sound too good to be true?
The modern world is full of confusion. Millions of human beings live lives of quiet desperation, never knowing or fully realizing who they are, or why they exist. Under the hypnotic spell of the human race mind, they never believe it is possible to know or be anything other than the way society tells them they should be. Many people feel that something is wrong with the world, that life should be richer, fuller, and more exciting. They wonder why human life is so full of deceit, hypocrisy, violence, poverty, and despair. They complain about work, about politics, about their families, or spouses. They say things like,” life sucks and then you die.” Many think life should not be like this, yet we do not question it, we simply shrug our shoulders and accept it. Humans exist, but few of us ever truly live.
It is a tragedy that most people never realize that the way out of this situation lies within themselves, as a constitutive dimension of their being human in the first place. It just seems to them to be too easy, too convenient, or silly unrealistic wishful thinking. And perhaps it is, if it begins and ends as a wish and is not followed by steady and persistent desire and action. However, desire and persistent action will show convincingly that it is true; that human beings are made in the image and likeness of God, and have at their disposal powers given them by the creator, powers that are virtually infinite in scope and nature.
The answer to the problem of life, and the problems of life, are for every human being to take responsibility for his or her own life, and begin to make it a life of power and overcoming by tapping into and becoming a channel for the divine which lies hidden within them. Until they do, life will continue to puzzle and confuse them, and send lessons which are designed to rouse them from their hypnotic sleep and awaken them to the truth. They will live as a slave, while being secretly Noble. I will end with a fable which illustrates this fact clearly:
A fable is told about an eagle who thought he was a chicken. When the eagle was very small, he fell from the safety of his nest. A chicken farmer found the eagle, brought him to the farm, and raised him in a chicken coop among his many chickens. The eagle grew up doing what chickens do, living like a chicken, and believing he was a chicken.
A naturalist came to the chicken farm to see if what he had heard about an eagle acting like a chicken was really true. He knew that an eagle is king of the sky. He was surprised to see the eagle strutting around the chicken coop, pecking at the ground, and acting very much like a chicken. The farmer explained to the naturalist that this bird was no longer an eagle. He was now a chicken because he had been trained to be a chicken and he believed that he was a chicken.
The naturalist knew there was more to this great bird than his actions showed as he "pretended" to be a chicken. He was born an eagle and had the heart of an eagle, and nothing could change that. The man lifted the eagle onto the fence surrounding the chicken coop and said, "Eagle, thou art an eagle. Stretch forth thy wings and fly." The eagle moved slightly, only to look at the man; then he glanced down at his home among the chickens in the chicken coop where he was comfortable. He jumped off the fence and continued doing what chickens do. The farmer was satisfied. "I told you it was a chicken," he said.
The naturalist returned the next day and tried again to convince the farmer and the eagle that the eagle was born for something greater. He took the eagle to the top of the farmhouse and spoke to him: "Eagle, thou art an eagle. Thou dost belong to the sky and not to the earth. Stretch forth thy wings and fly." The large bird looked at the man, then again down into the chicken coop. He jumped from the man's arm onto the roof of the farmhouse.
Knowing what eagles are really about, the naturalist asked the farmer to let him try one more time. He would return the next day and prove that this bird was an eagle. The farmer, convinced otherwise, said, "It is a chicken."
The naturalist returned the next morning to the chicken farm and took the eagle and the farmer some distance away to the foot of a high mountain. They could not see the farm nor the chicken coop from this new setting. The man held the eagle on his arm and pointed high into the sky where the bright sun was beckoning above. He spoke: "Eagle, thou art an eagle! Thou dost belong to the sky and not to the earth. Stretch forth thy wings and fly." This time the eagle stared skyward into the bright sun, straightened his large body, and stretched his massive wings. His wings moved, slowly at first, then surely and powerfully. With the mighty screech of an eagle, he flew.
Human beings were made to soar like eagles. It is time for us to claim our birthright.

Psalm 14:1-3
The fool says in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, they do abominable deeds, there is none that does good. The LORD looks down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there are any that act wisely, that seek after God. They have all gone astray, they are all alike corrupt; there is none that does good, no, not one.
Does God exist? This is an absurd question, and fundamentally meaningless, a question that is essentially impossible to prove either positively or negatively. Simply put, if God does exist, then how do we define what we mean by that existence? What type of existence does God have? Unless we ourselves are God, which is unlikely given our reality as an earth bound and limited creature, then our understanding of existence is also limited to what we understand and experience as earth bound and limited creatures. Religious people claim that God is an infinite being. What do they mean by the term infinite being? Beyond limits? Try to imagine that. You cannot, because humans are limited, and finite. Essentially, human beings cannot know what it means to say God exists, therefore to speak of it is folly, because if an infinite God exists then God requires no one to assert God's existence, since God IS existence. Moses asked God’s name and God replied I am Who I am. The name means I AM Existence , with no beginning and end, a reality which is so outside of human experience that the only response that is truthful and appropriate is one of silence.

The name means I AM Existence , with no beginning and end, a reality which is so outside of human experience that the only response that is truthful and appropriate is one of silence.
And arguing against the existence of God is equally impossible and absurd, for the same reasons. The atheist claims science has shown more evidence against God’s existence than for God's existence. Again, what does science mean by the term existence? If science means existence which can be observed by earth bound limited beings, then we cannot ever know anything beyond our earth bound observations. Science can only describe existence as it is observed and tested, and develop theories on how they believe existence evolved, but it can never define that which could exist beyond its observations and theories. Again, the best response to this paradox is silence.
Ultimately, as I observe the two poles of the existence or non-existence of God, in both cases I am confronted with a mystery which my mind cannot solve. And since human beings find it difficult to exist in a world of mystery, we lean on faith as the vehicle by which we can explain the mystery. The religious person extols the virtue of faith in their creeds, rituals, scriptures, and religious practices. The atheist extols faith in human reason, science, evolution and progress. Both camps settle on opposite sides of the poles of God’s existence, and resign themselves to further ignorance and error. The answer, as always, lies in the balancing of the poles.
If God exists then the only way to truly know it is to experience it. You cannot think about the existence of God as a concept, since God's existence is the source of all conception and all thought. Atheists and agnostics deny this fact at their peril because God is all life, all existence. So how do we experience it? By living our lives in love and service to God, ourselves, and our neighbor. By living faithfully not to a set of dogmas, creeds, and church regulations but instead to a deep belief in the law of love. A life lived in this manner reveals that God is present within each person, aye every atom in the universe is filled with the prescence and power of God. We see that existence itself is the proof of God's existence.
Religious people often feel that God demands that they believe in Him and the doctrines of his church, and in doing so they are justified by faith. However, a closer examination shows us that it is by engaging life postively and with love in our hearts that we are justified, and made partakers in the eternal life of our creator.
